Maternity Photography

Maternity shoots are best timed when you are in your last trimester.

You’re having a baby and it shows. Yes, your belly has arrived!! Pack those jeans away that have been digging into your skin, you won’t be needing them for a while. You’ve probably never been prouder, and quite rightly so! It’s the perfect time to get you’re photo taken so that you can preserve this moment forever.

I like my maternity photos to be taken in your own home, in your own environment where you can relax with a cup of tea and get documentary style photos. You will look back at these images and remember that house you used to live in before you moved out 'for more space.' If it's your first baby you'll remember how you had the luxury of time to browse through the baby development book, week by week to check your progress. If you already have a child then you'll be reminded of what it was like before you became the mum of more than one child! It'll also mean so much to your unborn child to see exactly how you looked whilst you were carrying them. 

An 'at home' shoot like this take around an hour and within 2 weeks of your session I will invite you back to my studio for a 'Viewing and Ordering' Session where I'll show you approx 15 beautifully enhanced, fully edited images so that you can choose your favourites. 

I will not charge you anything for your shoot so up until the point that you decide you want to buy something, It is entirely free to attend and have your photos taken,  you are under no obligation to buy anything if you don't want to and all it would have cost you is your time and nothing more. 

A deposit of £99 will be required in order to secure your booking but this will be deducted from your final order.
